At Todo Chili, we serve up my family’s homemade chili recipe alongside hearty favorites like burgers, hot dogs, and chili fries. Every bowl is made with our own blend of spices and hand-picked beans, bringing the flavors of Puerto Vallarta together with the taste I grew up on.
Hi, I am Shane Markus from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I am 44 years old and have been working in the frigid cold North of Canada for the last 14 years as an Industrial Construction Electrician.
I have made some changes in my life and have moved to Sunny Puerto Vallarta. I have been visiting and traveling Mexico for the last 5 years. And I’ve traveled 15 states of Mexico and have driven through 12 of the 15.
I have decided to settle in Puerto Vallarta and bring to you my Mom and Dad’s homemade version of Chili. I have been eating this chili, my whole life.
I welcome you to Todo Chili, where my modo is Service is #1, and the food will speak for itself. To start Todo Chili, I have created my own unique chili powder with a combination of numerous dried chilies and spices. We have hand-picked and sorted through over 200 kilograms of 6 different varieties of beans.
